Our Mobility consultants will review and analyze your documentation related to the design and implementation of Positive Train Control and Communications Based Train Control systems including aspects related to equipment installed on vehicles, wayside devices and centralized as well as distributed computer systems.
 
  • We work with your team to document current-state process flows and make recommendations to improve processes.
  • Collaborate with clients to baseline performance measures for mission-critical business operations.
  • Identify and implement overall program improvements for federal and state clients.
  • Participate in client meetings, clearly synthesize meeting minutes, and disseminate them to team members and clients.
