Intellectual Concepts (IC), in support of the CDC, is dedicated to ensuring that the global polio eradication battle is won.

IC has deployed highly qualified expert Polio Field Support Officers (FSOs) to support the Global Polio Eradication Initiative (GPEI) in WHO African and WHO Eastern Mediterranean Regions. In these regions, IC FSOs, in support of CDC, work alongside partner organizations such as the WHO, MoH, and UNICEF, to build in-country immunization support and infrastructure, coordinate immunization activities, educate communities and ultimately eradicate polio.

IC’s global support includes the four pillars of polio eradication:
